Premier Bariatric Institute has two offices in the southwest suburbs of Chicago. Consultations, medical weight loss visits and follow-ups happen at either one, or by video. Surgery takes place at University of Chicago AdventHealth Bolingbrook Hospital, on the same campus as the Bolingbrook office.

Downers Grove, Westmont, Lisle, Burr Ridge, Willowbrook, Hinsdale and Lemont use the Darien office. Romeoville, Lockport, Crest Hill and Shorewood use the Bolingbrook office. Orland Park and Downers Grove pages come later.
