Where is the Bolingbrook office?
The office is in Suite 235 of the professional building on the hospital campus at Remington Boulevard and Schmidt Road, south of I-55 and west of Route 53. From I-55, take the Route 53 exit south, turn right on Remington Boulevard and left on Schmidt Road. From Boughton Road or Lily Cache Lane, Schmidt Road runs south to the campus. Park in the lot by the professional building. The office is Suite 235.
